Alleged supermarket toilet paper arsonist gets suppression

An Auckland woman who's accused of setting fire to toilet paper in Hamilton supermarket aisle has had her name suppressed.
A 20-year-old Auckland woman appeared in the Hamilton District Court today charged over the alleged lighting of toilet paper in a supermarket aisle in Hamilton. Photo/Filelink
The 20- year old made a brief coming in Hamilton District Court today and was on hold without plea on a charge of theft of grocery items worth $300 and intentional damage by fire property of Countdown Chart well knowing that danger to life was likely to turn out on January 16. The small fire forced the clearing of Chart well shopping center at 5.48 pm on the day.
